Services include access to the Wheel of Life assessment, AI-generated insights, goal tracking, and related content. We may alter, suspend, or discontinue the Services in whole or in part at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you are an individual with full legal capacity under the laws of your residency. If you are a minor, you may use the Services only with the approval of your parent or guardian. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of minors using the service without parental consent.
3. User Accounts

You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app alone does not cancel your subscription. As a general rule, there are no partial or pro-rata refunds, though we will consider all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

All content, design, code, and materials on the Website and Mobile App are the property of WheelBalance or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. User-generated content (assessment responses, goals) remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it for providing and improving the Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WheelBalance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Account Deletion
You are free to delete your account at any time, provided there are no unfulfilled obligations. Upon deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Feedback
